Challenger 300/350 First Officer
flyExclusive is seeking a qualified Challenger 300/350 First Officer to join their team in a fully remote, full-time capacity. This role involves assisting the Pilot-in-Command in ensuring safe and efficient aircraft operations, adhering to Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures.
About the Role

Assist the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in preparing for and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures.

Conduct domestic trip assignments under Part 135 regulations, prioritizing safe and efficient flight operations while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Adhere to all company procedures outlined in company manuals.

Maintain a high degree of professionalism and the ability to coordinate and lead the crew.

Greet passengers, assist with seating and luggage, and conduct passenger briefings.

Respond to passenger requests and needs effectively.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Maintain a current first-class medical certificate.

Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.

Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, especially under pressure.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and basic computer applications.

Exhibit strong critical thinking and presentation skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Ability to regularly push/pull up to 70 pounds and lift/move up to 50 pounds.

100% travel required while on rotation.

Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States and provide two forms of Federal Identification.

Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check.
Qualifications

Working knowledge of all Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to Part 135.

Thorough knowledge of FAA, ICAO, and other international flight operations regulations.

Strong organizational skills and advanced multi-tasking abilities.

Computer skills necessary to operate word processing, email, and web-based/mobile applications.
-
ATP complete.
-
FAA First Class Medical.
-
At least 2,000 hours Total Time (Fixed Wing).
-
At least 250 hours of Multi-Engine Time.
-
Valid Passport.
-
Ability to obtain and maintain CANPASS authorization.
-
Appropriate Type Rating for Challenger 300/350.

This role is classified as Safety-Sensitive and is subject to drug and alcohol testing.
