Essential Qualifications and Minimum Requirements
The successful candidate must possess the following mandatory professional certifications, experience, and competencies required to operate high-performance commercial jet aircraft.
- The applicant must possess a valid European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).
- Maintenance of a current and unrestricted EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate is compulsory.
- Demonstrable English Language Proficiency (ELP) at ICAO Level 4 or higher.
- A minimum of 500 hours total flight time is required, accumulated specifically on CS25 certified aircraft or equivalent types (defined as aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) exceeding 10,000 kg or a passenger seating capacity greater than 19).
- Successful completion of secondary education (12th grade equivalent or higher).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with demonstrable proficiency and adherence to robust Crew Resource Management (CRM) principles.
- Unwavering availability and willingness to conduct extensive international travel, often requiring assignments or rotations lasting one month or more.
