Recruitment Day Details

Requirements
- Possess a valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
- Have the legal right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship (e.g., EU Residence Card, EU Passport, Ukrainian with PESEL). Other permits like Work or Student visas are not accepted.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a high school degree.
- Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Be able to swim.
- Live within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base or be prepared to relocate within this timeframe.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
- Exhibit an enthusiastic and people-oriented attitude.
- Note: Individuals with a prescription for glasses or contact lenses above +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
