Cabin Crew - Warsaw Modlin Base

Location: Hotel Mazovia Airport Modlin, Paderewskiego 1c, 05-100 Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, Poland.

We are seeking positive, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our award-winning Cabin Crew team. This is an opportunity for a unique workplace, allowing for travel and interaction with diverse individuals.

About the Role:

Cabin Crew members are responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers, performing on-board and ground duties in accordance with company policies, managing in-flight sales and cash handling, and providing a welcoming experience to all passengers. The role requires acting in accordance with company values such as dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity and no limitations.
  • The legal right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship (e.g., EU Residence Card, EU Passport, Ukrainian with PESEL). Other residence permits (Work, Student) are not accepted.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • High school exam certificate (for Polish citizens, a passed matura exam).
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to swim.
  • Must live within or be prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base (Warsaw Modlin) and be available for travel according to the work schedule.
  • No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
  • An enthusiastic personality with a passion for working with people.
  • Note: Individuals with eyeglass or contact lens prescriptions above +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
