Position Overview
Wizz Air is seeking positive, energetic, and motivated candidates for Flight Attendant/Cabin Crew positions to join its award-winning team. This role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to travel and interact with diverse passengers.
Recruitment Day Information

- All applicants will undergo pre-screening with results communicated via email.
- Candidates are responsible for arranging and covering their own travel to the event.
Cabin Crew Responsibilities
- Ensuring passenger safety and providing excellent customer care.
- Performing onboard and ground duties in accordance with company policies.
- Managing in-flight sales and cash handling.
- Welcoming passengers and assisting them throughout the flight.
- Upholding company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, integrity.
- Collaborating with a team of aviation enthusiasts.
Requirements
- Valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity and no limitations.
- Legal right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship (e.g., EU Residence Card, EU Passport, Ukrainian with PESEL). Other residence permits (Work, Student) are not accepted.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- High school exam certificate (Polish citizens must have passed the Matura exam).
- Legal right to live and work in the country of application.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to swim.
- Residency or willingness to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base.
- No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
- Enthusiastic and enjoys working with people.
- For those wearing glasses or contact lenses, prescriptions above +4 or below -4 may affect the ability to pass the mandatory medical examination.
