Cabin Crew Recruitment Day - Gdansk
This recruitment day is for the Gdansk Base and will take place on April 17, 2026, starting promptly at 09:00 am. Applications will close 24 hours prior to the event. The event will be held at Focus Hotel Premium Gdansk, Nad Stawem 5, 80-454 Gdansk, Polska.
The airline is seeking positive, energetic, and motivated individuals for flight attendant/cabin crew positions.
Recruitment Day Details:

The process may extend until late afternoon.

An updated English CV with an ID photo is required.

Candidates may attend any recruitment event, regardless of the base they are applying for.
Responsibilities of a Flight Attendant:

Focus on both safety and customer care.

Perform on-board and ground duties in compliance with company policies.

Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
-
Welcome and assist passengers.
-
Act in accordance with company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, integrity.

Be part of a team of aviation enthusiasts.
Requirements:

A valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity).

The right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship. This includes holding an EU Residence Card, EU Passport, or being Ukrainian with PESEL. Other residence permits, such as work or student permits, are not accepted.

Minimum age of 18 years.

An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.

High school degree.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Ability to swim.

Residency or readiness to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base and to commute according to the work schedule.

No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.

An enthusiastic personality and a liking for working with people.

Please note: If glasses or contact lenses are worn with a prescription above +4 or below -4, it may prevent passing the mandatory medical examination.
