Recruitment Day Information:

Candidate Requirements:

Possess a valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity).

Hold the legal right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship (e.g., EU Residence Card, EU Passport, Ukrainian with PESEL). Note: Work or Student permits are not accepted.

Be 18 years of age or older.

Achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.

Possess a high school exam certificate (for Polish citizens, a passed matura exam is required).

Be fluent in written and spoken English.

Be able to swim.

Reside within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base or be prepared to relocate.

Have no visible tattoos or piercings when wearing a uniform.

Demonstrate an enthusiastic personality and a preference for working with people.

Note: Spectacle or contact lens prescriptions exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may prevent passing the mandatory medical examination.
