Recruitment Day Information:

• Candidates will be assessed on stated requirements.
• Punctuality is essential; expect the process to extend into the late afternoon.
• Attendees must bring an updated English CV with an ID photo.
• Applications must be submitted for the preferred base; otherwise, rejection may occur.
• Pre-screening results will be communicated via email.
• Candidates are responsible for their own travel arrangements and associated costs.

Candidate Requirements:

• Possess a valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
• Hold the legal right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship (e.g., EU Residence Card, EU Passport, Ukrainian with PESEL). Note: Work or Student permits are not accepted.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Possess a high school exam certificate (for Polish citizens, a passed matura exam is required).
• Be fluent in written and spoken English.
• Be able to swim.
• Reside within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base or be prepared to relocate.
• Have no visible tattoos or piercings when wearing a uniform.
• Demonstrate an enthusiastic personality and a preference for working with people.
• Note: Spectacle or contact lens prescriptions exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may prevent passing the mandatory medical examination.
