Key Information for Recruitment Days:

  • Candidates are strongly advised to thoroughly review the listed requirements before attending the recruitment event, as compliance will be assessed.
  • Punctuality is essential. Candidates should arrive precisely on time, and the recruitment process may extend until late afternoon.
  • Applicants must present an updated English Curriculum Vitae (CV) with an identification photo.
  • Applications should be submitted for the event corresponding to the candidate's preferred base. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of the application.
  • All candidates participating in the recruitment event will undergo a pre-screening process. The results will be communicated via email.
  • Candidates are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the recruitment event at their own expense. The company bears no liability for any costs, delays, or issues associated with personal travel arrangements.

Responsibilities of a Wizz Air Flight Attendant:

  • Prioritizing both passenger safety and providing exceptional customer care.
  • Performing all on-board and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies.
  • Managing in-flight sales and handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Extending a warm welcome to passengers and assisting them throughout their flight.

Essential Requirements for Applicants:

  • Possession of a valid passport with unrestricted validity (minimum 6 months remaining).
  • The legal right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship. This includes holding an EU Residence Card, an EU Passport, or being a Ukrainian national with a PESEL number. Please note that other residence permits, such as work or student permits, are not accepted.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to reach 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Completion of a high school degree or equivalent.
  • The legal right to live and work in the country for which the application is being made.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to swim.
  • Residency or readiness to relocate within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base, ensuring prompt arrival for scheduled work shifts.
  • Absence of visible tattoos and/or piercings on parts of the body that would be visible when wearing the uniform.
  • An enthusiastic personality with a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
  • Prospective candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
