Essential Requirements for Cabin Crew Applicants

• Possession of a valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
• Eligibility to work in Poland without employer sponsorship. Accepted documentation includes:
  • EU Residence Card
  • EU Passport
  • Ukrainian citizens with PESEL

  Note: Other residence permits (e.g., Work, Student) are not considered valid.

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• An unassisted arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Completion of a high school degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Ability to swim.
• Readiness to reside or relocate within a 60-minute commute of the assigned base and travel to work according to the schedule.
• Absence of visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
• An enthusiastic and people-oriented demeanor.
• Prospective candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
