Wizz Air is continuously recruiting and invites candidates to attend upcoming recruitment events. This event is specifically for the Wroclaw base.
Recruitment Day Information
- Candidates should review the listed requirements prior to attendance, as compliance will be assessed during the event.
- Attendees must arrive punctually. Please be prepared for the process to extend until the late afternoon.
- An updated English CV with an ID photo is required.
- Candidates may attend any recruitment event, irrespective of their preferred base location.
Responsibilities of a Wizz Air Flight Attendant
- Prioritize both safety and exceptional customer care.
- Execute on-board and ground duties in strict accordance with company policies.
- Manage in-flight sales and handle cash transactions.
- Welcome passengers with a positive demeanor and provide assistance throughout the flight.
- Uphold company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.

Essential Requirements
- Possession of a valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
- The legal right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship. This includes:
- EU Residence Card
- EU Passport
- Ukrainian nationality with PESEL
Note: Other residence permits (e.g., Work, Student) are not accepted.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Completion of high school education.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to swim.
- Residence within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base, or readiness to relocate accordingly, to meet work schedule demands.
- No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
- An enthusiastic personality with a genuine enjoyment for working with people.
- Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
