Essential Preparation for Recruitment Day
Candidates are strongly advised to arrive sharply on time and be prepared for a selection process that may extend until late afternoon. Compliance with all requirements listed below will be thoroughly checked during the event.
- Candidates must bring an updated English curriculum vitae (CV) complete with a recent ID photograph.
- Candidates may attend any recruitment event regardless of the base they are ultimately applying for.
The Role: Working as a Wizz Air Cabin Crew Member
The Cabin Crew professional focuses on delivering exceptional safety standards and superior customer care throughout all flight operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Focusing diligently on both safety protocols and elevated customer care standards.
- Performing all onboard and ground duties in strict compliance with Company policies and aviation regulations.
- Managing in-flight sales transactions and cash handling responsibilities.
- Warmly welcoming passengers and providing assistance, comfort, and support throughout the journey.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements
Prospective Cabin Crew members must meet the following strict criteria:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Possession of a valid passport without limitations (minimum validity of 6 months required).
- Must possess the right to live and work in the country applied to (Poland) without employer sponsorship. Accepted documents include EU Residence Card, EU Passport, or Ukrainian PESEL. Note: Other residency permits (e.g., Work or Student visas) are not accepted.
- Ability to achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Possession of a high school degree (minimum qualification).
- Fluency (written and spoken) in the English language.
- Ability to swim proficiently.
- Must live or be prepared to relocate within a 60-minute travel radius of the chosen base (Warsaw Chopin) to adhere to the operational work schedule.
- No visible tattoos or piercings on parts of the body when wearing the official uniform.
- Must be an enthusiastic individual who genuinely enjoys interacting with people.
- Medical Note: Candidates with a prescription above +4 or below -4 (if wearing glasses or contact lenses) are unlikely to pass the mandatory aviation medical examination.
