The Role of the Flight Attendant
The Flight Attendant is a critical member of the operational team, focusing equally on safety compliance and the provision of exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Focusing diligently on both aircraft safety protocols and customer care aspects throughout all phases of flight.
- Performing all stipulated on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with Company operational policies and regulatory standards.
- Managing in-flight sales operations, including accurate cash handling and documentation.
- Providing a warm welcome to passengers and rendering assistance and support throughout the journey.
Essential Candidate Requirements
All applicants must satisfy the following mandatory criteria prior to attending the recruitment event:
- The candidate must be aged 18 years or over.
- Possession of a high school degree is mandatory.
- The candidate must possess a valid passport without limitations (minimum validity of 6 months).
- The candidate must hold the legal right to work in Lithuania, evidenced by an LT/EU Permanent Residence Permit or an EU Residence Card. (Note: Temporary residence permits, including Work or Student visas, are not accepted).
- Demonstrated fluency (written and spoken) in the English language is required.
- Candidates must be able to achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- The ability to swim is essential.
- The applicant must reside within, or be willing to relocate to, an area within 60 minutes traveling time of the chosen base, prepared to undertake this journey based on the work schedule.
- Tattoos and/or piercings must not be visible on any part of the body when wearing the standard cabin crew uniform.
- Candidates must possess an enthusiastic and customer-focused personality, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- *Medical Note: Applicants whose eyeglass or contact lens prescription exceeds +4 or is below -4 should be aware that they are unlikely to pass the mandatory aviation medical examination.
