Recruitment Day Information:

• Candidates are expected to arrive punctually, as the assessment process may extend until the late afternoon.
• A current English CV with an ID photograph is required.
• It is essential for candidates to review the eligibility requirements detailed below, as compliance will be verified during the recruitment event.

Your Role as a Wizz Air Flight Attendant

As a Wizz Air Flight Attendant, your responsibilities will encompass:

• Prioritizing both passenger safety and exceptional customer care.
• Executing all onboard and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies.
• Managing in-flight sales and handling financial transactions accurately.
• Providing a warm and welcoming experience for passengers throughout their journey.

Essential Requirements for Cabin Crew Candidates

To be considered for a Cabin Crew position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Possess a valid passport with no travel restrictions (minimum 6 months validity).
• Have the legal right to work in Lithuania, which includes holding a:
  • Lithuanian/EU Permanent Residence Permit,
  • EU Residence Card.
  Please note: Other types of residence permits (e.g., Work, Student) are not accepted.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Be able to swim.
• Reside within a 60-minute commute of the designated base or be prepared to relocate accordingly and be available for duty according to the work schedule.
• Have no visible tattoos or piercings that would be apparent when wearing the uniform.
• Exhibit an enthusiastic personality and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
• Important Note: Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
