Candidate Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Hold a valid passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.
• Must possess the right to live and work in Lithuania (EU Passport or EU Residence Card). Other residence permits, including work or student visas, are not accepted.
• Minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to swim.
• Reside or be prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base.
• No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the company uniform.
• Medical requirement: Vision prescription must be between +4 and -4.
• An enthusiastic, people-oriented personality.
