Candidate Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Hold a valid passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.

Must possess the right to live and work in Lithuania (EU Passport or EU Residence Card). Other residence permits, including work or student visas, are not accepted.

Minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.

High school degree or equivalent.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Ability to swim.

Reside or be prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base.

No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the company uniform.

Medical requirement: Vision prescription must be between +4 and -4.
