Position Overview

As a Flight Attendant, the successful candidate will focus on safety and customer care while performing in-flight and ground duties in compliance with company policies. Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum age: 18 years.
  • Education: High school degree.
  • Language: Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Legal requirements: Must have the right to work in Lithuania without employer sponsorship (EU Passport or EU Residence Card only). Must have the right to live and work in the country of application.
  • Documentation: Valid passport (minimum 6 months remaining).
  • Physical requirements: 210 cm arm reach while standing on tiptoes; ability to swim.
  • Appearance: No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
  • Medical: If wearing glasses or contact lenses, a prescription above +4 or below -4 may affect eligibility for the mandatory medical examination.
  • Residency: Must live or be willing to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base.
  • Personality: Enthusiastic and service-oriented.
