Role Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

Minimum age: 18 years.

Education: High school degree.

Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Physical: Reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes; must be able to swim.

Medical: If wearing glasses or contact lenses, prescription must be between -4 and +4.

Appearance: No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the cabin crew uniform.

Residency/Right to Work: Must have the legal right to work in Lithuania without employer sponsorship (EU Passport or EU Residence Card only).

Documentation: Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity).

Availability: Ready to live within 60 minutes of the Vilnius base and commute as required by the flight schedule.

Personality: Enthusiastic and service-oriented.
