Role Responsibilities

Maintain a primary focus on flight safety and high-standard customer care.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum age: 18 years.
Education: High school degree.
Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Physical: Reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes; must be able to swim.
Medical: If wearing glasses or contact lenses, prescription must be between -4 and +4.
Appearance: No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the cabin crew uniform.
Residency/Right to Work: Must have the legal right to work in Lithuania without employer sponsorship (EU Passport or EU Residence Card only).
Documentation: Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity).
Availability: Ready to live within 60 minutes of the Vilnius base and commute as required by the flight schedule.
Personality: Enthusiastic and service-oriented.

Recruitment Day Instructions

All candidates will undergo a pre-screening process, with results communicated via email.
Applicants must register for the event in their preferred base to avoid rejection.
Candidates are required to bring an updated English CV with an ID photo.
Attendance is mandatory; the process may conclude in the late afternoon.
