Cabin Crew Recruitment Day – Vilnius (Vilnius Base)

Role Responsibilities

• Maintain a primary focus on flight safety and high-standard customer care.
• Perform all onboard and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies.
• Manage in-flight sales and cash handling processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Education: High school degree.
• Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Physical: Reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes; must be able to swim.
• Medical: If wearing glasses or contact lenses, prescription must be between -4 and +4.
• Appearance: No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the cabin crew uniform.
• Residency/Right to Work: Must have the legal right to work in Lithuania without employer sponsorship (EU Passport or EU Residence Card only).
• Documentation: Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity).
• Availability: Ready to live within 60 minutes of the Vilnius base and commute as required by the flight schedule.
• Personality: Enthusiastic and service-oriented.

Recruitment Day Instructions

• All candidates will undergo a pre-screening process, with results communicated via email.
• Applicants must register for the event in their preferred base to avoid rejection.
• Candidates are required to bring an updated English CV with an ID photo.
• Attendance is mandatory; the process may conclude in the late afternoon.
• All travel arrangements and expenses for the recruitment event are the sole responsibility of the candidate.
