Role Responsibilities:

• Maintain a primary focus on safety and customer care standards.
• Execute on-board and ground duties in strict accordance with company policies.
• Manage in-flight sales and financial transactions.
• Provide exceptional passenger service and support throughout all flights.
• Uphold the core company values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Hold a high school degree.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Must possess the right to work in Lithuania without employer sponsorship (EU Passport or EU Residence Card only; other residence permits are not accepted).
• Valid passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.
• Ability to swim.
• Minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Must reside or be prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of the Vilnius base.
• No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
• Medical suitability: If wearing glasses/contact lenses, prescription must be within the range of +4 to -4.
