Role Responsibilities:

Maintain a primary focus on safety and customer care standards.

Execute on-board and ground duties in strict accordance with company policies.

Manage in-flight sales and financial transactions.

Provide exceptional passenger service and support throughout all flights.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum age of 18 years.
-
Hold a high school degree.
-
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
-
Must possess the right to work in Lithuania without employer sponsorship (EU Passport or EU Residence Card only; other residence permits are not accepted).

Valid passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.
-
Ability to swim.
-
Minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
-
Must reside or be prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of the Vilnius base.

No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.

Medical suitability: If wearing glasses/contact lenses, prescription must be within the range of +4 to -4.
