Recruitment Day Information:
Attendance at the Recruitment Day requires adherence to the following guidelines:
- Candidates must meet the requirements outlined below, as compliance will be verified during the event.
- Punctuality is essential. The recruitment process may extend into the late afternoon.
- Applicants should bring an updated English CV, including an identification photo.
- Participation in any recruitment event is welcome, regardless of the specific base of application.
Cabin Crew Responsibilities:
As a valued member of the Wizz Air Cabin Crew, one will:
- Prioritize both safety and customer care.
- Execute onboard and ground duties in accordance with company policies.
- Manage in-flight sales and cash handling procedures.
- Extend a warm welcome and provide assistance to passengers throughout the flight.

- Contribute to a supportive community of over 5,000 aviation professionals.
Essential Requirements:
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a valid passport with a minimum validity of six months.
- Have the unrestricted right to work in Poland. Accepted documentation includes: EU Residence Card, EU Passport, or Ukrainian citizenship with PESEL. Note: Other residence permits (e.g., work or student permits) are not accepted.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a high school diploma.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Be capable of swimming.
- Reside or be prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of the Krakow base and commute according to the work schedule.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic and personable individual who enjoys working with people.
- Please be aware that individuals with glasses or contact lens prescriptions exceeding +4 or -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
