Key Responsibilities

As a Wizz Air Cabin Crew member, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Prioritizing both safety and exceptional customer care throughout all operations.
• Performing all onboard and ground duties in strict compliance with the Company’s policies and aviation regulations.
• Managing in-flight sales and handling cash transactions accurately.
• Warmly welcoming passengers and providing assistance and support throughout the flight journey.
• Acting consistently in accordance with Wizz Air's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
• Contributing to a cohesive team environment and fostering a positive atmosphere for passengers and colleagues alike.

Candidate Requirements

Prospective Cabin Crew members must meet the following criteria:

• Be aged 18 years or over.
• Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Hold a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE result, or an equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrate fluency, both written and spoken, in English.
• Hold a valid passport without limitations, with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining.
• Be able to swim.
• Possess the legal right to live and work in the UK (evidenced by a British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
• Reside or be prepared to relocate within 90 minutes of the chosen base, with the ability to commute according to the work schedule.
• Have no visible tattoos and/or piercings on parts of the body that are exposed when wearing the company uniform.
• Be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people.
• Successful candidates will also be required to obtain a Schengen Visa if applicable.
• Candidates should note that if their vision prescription is above +4 or below -4, they are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.

Recruitment Process
