Key Responsibilities
The Cabin Crew member is primarily responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers while delivering outstanding customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing all on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies and aviation regulations.
- Effectively managing in-flight sales and accurately handling cash transactions.
- Greeting passengers with a welcoming smile and providing assistance throughout the flight.

- Commencing remuneration from the first day of the comprehensive Cabin Crew training program.
Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates for the Cabin Crew / Flight Attendant position must meet the following essential criteria:
- Be aged 18 years or over.
- Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE result, or an equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Have a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity and no limitations.
- Be able to swim unaided.
- Possess the legal right to live and work in the UK (e.g., British passport, valid Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
- Reside or be prepared to relocate within a 90-minute commute of the chosen base (London Luton) and commit to this journey based on the work schedule.
- Have no visible tattoos and/or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic individual with a genuine passion for working with people.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa, if applicable.
- Please note: Individuals with a vision prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 are advised that they may be unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.

Due to limited facility capacity, these events are invitation-only, with invitations extended to a selected group of candidates whose qualifications and values align with Wizz Air's organisational standards. Selected candidates will receive their invitation approximately one week prior to the event, while non-selected candidates will receive information regarding future recruitment opportunities.
Attendees at recruitment events should be aware of the following:
- Compliance with all listed requirements will be verified during the recruitment event.
- Applicants are expected to arrive promptly and be prepared for a process that may extend until late afternoon.
- Essential documents to bring include a valid passport (plus Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code for non-British passport holders, or solely passport for British Passport Holders) and an updated English CV complete with an ID photo.
- A Business Attire dress code is required.
- Applicants may attend any recruitment event, irrespective of their preferred base.
