The Role
The Cabin Crew member plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of Wizz Air passengers. Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the highest standards of safety and security for all passengers and crew, adhering strictly to company policies and aviation regulations.
- Delivering exceptional customer service, including warmly welcoming passengers, assisting them throughout the flight, and responding professionally to their needs.
- Efficiently managing in-flight sales and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Performing pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties diligently, both on board and on the ground.

- Collaborating effectively as an integral part of a vibrant team of over 5,000 aviation professionals.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety and customer service, coupled with a proactive and positive attitude. Essential qualifications include:
- A valid passport with a minimum of six months' validity remaining, free from limitations.
- Legal right to work in Armenia without the need for employer sponsorship.
- A minimum age of 18 years.
- An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Completion of a high school degree.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- The ability to swim confidently.
- Residency within 60 minutes of the Yerevan base or willingness to relocate accordingly.
- Absence of visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- A demonstrable enthusiasm for working with people and a customer-centric approach.
Please note: Candidates with an eyesight prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 (glasses or contact lenses) may find it challenging to pass the mandatory medical examination for this role.

Opportunity for Direct Entry Senior Cabin Crew
Wizz Air also welcomes applications from experienced aviation professionals for Direct Entry Senior Cabin Crew positions. Candidates for this role are required to have a minimum of 500 block hours flown with a previous operator. Eligibility for promotion to a Senior Cabin Crew role within Wizz Air will commence after successfully completing three months of employment as a Cabin Crew member and passing an internal selection process.
