Position: Flight Attendant

Location: Singapore

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Flight Attendant at Voluxis, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and seamless service to our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass, but not be limited to:

Ensuring the safety and well-being of passengers during all phases of the flight.
Providing exceptional customer service, including assisting with boarding, serving meals and beverages, and attending to special requests.
Conducting pre-flight safety checks and briefing passengers on safety procedures.
Responding to emergencies and providing first aid, if necessary.
Maintaining a clean and organized cabin environment.
Adhering to company policies and regulations at all times.

Requirements:

Must be Singaporean.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality or aviation is a plus.
Minimum 1 year experience with Singapore commercial airlines (SIA preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ensure that all passengers adhere to the safety standard and demonstrate the use of safety and emergency equipment.
Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality.
CPR and First Aid certification.
Language proficiency in English, Bahasa would be an added advantage.
Previous flight attendant experience.
