Position: Flight Attendant

Location: Singapore

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Flight Attendant at Voluxis, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and seamless service to our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass, but not be limited to:

• Ensuring the safety and well-being of passengers during all phases of the flight.
• Providing exceptional customer service, including assisting with boarding, serving meals and beverages, and attending to special requests.
• Conducting pre-flight safety checks and briefing passengers on safety procedures.
• Responding to emergencies and providing first aid, if necessary.
• Maintaining a clean and organized cabin environment.
• Adhering to company policies and regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Must be Singaporean.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality or aviation is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year experience with Singapore commercial airlines (SIA preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ensure that all passengers adhere to the safety standard and demonstrate the use of safety and emergency equipment.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Language proficiency in English, Bahasa would be an added advantage.
• Previous flight attendant experience.
