Flight Attendant Position – Volotea (Olbia & Bari)

Volotea, a leading European low-cost airline connecting smaller and medium-sized cities, invites applications for the position of Flight Attendant based in Olbia and Bari. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of a superior onboard experience, ensuring passenger safety and comfort. This role requires a proactive and service-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment. The Flight Attendant will be a key member of a multicultural team, fostering a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all passengers.

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken). Additional fluency in French, Italian, Spanish, German, Algerian, or Greek is highly advantageous.
• Valid European passport or work permit for the relevant country.
• Valid Cabin Crew attestation issued by an EU country (initial training provided where applicable).
• Successful completion of an EASA medical assessment.
• Absence of any criminal record.
• Ability to swim 100 meters.
• Legal right to live and work unrestrictedly within the Volotea network, residing within 60 minutes of the chosen airport (Olbia or Bari).
• Minimum height: 157cm (without shoes).
• Tattoos and body piercings must be discreetly covered.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Previous experience in aviation or customer service is desirable but not mandatory.
