Captain Profile Requirements

Ideal candidates for the Captain position will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • A valid EASA FCL ATPL and an unrestricted Class 1 Medical certificate.
  • A minimum of 3000 factorized flight hours, with at least 500 flight hours served as Pilot in Command (PIC) on the A320.
  • A current A320 type rating endorsed on the pilot license.
  • An unblemished record with no history of accidents or significant incidents.
  • English language proficiency, demonstrating a minimum ICAO Level 4.
  • A valid EU Passport.
  • Exceptional teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven critical thinking abilities for effective problem recognition and resolution.
  • Strong motivation and a commitment to embracing the challenges inherent in airline operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and sound technical decision-making capabilities.
