Position Overview
La Compagnie is actively seeking proficient and driven First Officers to join its esteemed Airbus A321 fleet, operating from its base at Paris-Orly. This role presents a compelling opportunity to become part of a dynamic and expanding airline recognized for its premium, all-Business Class transatlantic operations.
Selection Process
- Selection Day: December 1st, 2025.
- Initial Interview: Candidates will undergo an initial interview.
- Technical Assessment: Shortlisted candidates will complete a technical knowledge assessment. A score of 80% or above is required to proceed.
- Simulator Assessment: Candidates who meet the technical assessment criteria will be invited to a simulator assessment scheduled for the night of December 2nd to December 3rd, 2025.
Requirement: Selected candidates must possess a valid A320 Type Rating at the commencement of employment.
Required Profile and Qualifications
Experience, Skills, and Personal Attributes:
- Valid ATPL or valid CPL with a frozen ATPL.
- Valid Instrument Rating (IR) and Multi-Engine (ME) aeroplane rating.
- Valid Airbus Type Rating.
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Total Flight Time: Minimum of 1,000 flight hours.
- Airbus Experience: Minimum of 500 flight hours.
- Experience with Airbus Fly-By-Wire (FBW) systems.
- English Language Proficiency (ELP): Minimum Level 5.
- French Language Proficiency (FLP): Level 6.
- Unblemished safety record, with no history of accidents or incidents.
- Clear criminal record and no security restrictions.
