Captain Profile: A'320 Opportunity

Volotea is seeking accomplished Captains to join its esteemed flight operations team. Prospective candidates must possess a strong command of aviation regulations and operational excellence. Key qualifications and attributes include:

  • A valid EASA FCL ATPL and an unrestricted Class 1 Medical certificate.
  • Accumulation of a minimum of 3,000 factorized flight hours, including at least 500 flight hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) on the A320.
  • A current and valid A320 type rating endorsed on the pilot's license.
  • An impeccable record with no history of accidents or significant incidents.
  • Demonstrated English language proficiency, meeting a minimum of ICAO Level 4.
  • Possession of a valid EU Passport.
  • Exceptional teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills are paramount.
  • Proven ability for critical thinking, problem recognition, and effective solution implementation.
