Position description
La Compagnie is currently seeking qualified and motivated First Officers for its Airbus A321 fleet, based in Paris-Orly. This position offers the opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding airline renowned for its all-Business Class transatlantic operations.
Selection Process :
The selection day will be held on March 31, 2026.
Following an initial interview, shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a technical knowledge assessment.
Candidates who achieve a score of 80% or above, and are subsequently selected, will be invited to participate in a simulator assessment, which will take place during the night of April 1st, 2026 to April 2nd, 2026.
The selected candidates must hold an A320 QT at the time of joining.

Profile required
Experience, skills and Personal Attributes:
Must hold a valid ATPL or a valid CPL with frozen ATPL
Must hold a valid Instrument Rating (IR) / Multi-Engine (ME) aeroplane rating.
Must hold a valid Airbus Type Rating.
Must hold a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
Total Flight Time: Minimum 1,000 hours total time.
Airbus Experience: Minimum 500 hours
Airbus FBW experience
English Language Proficiency (ELP): Minimum Level 5.
French Language Proficiency (FLP): Level 6.
History: No history of accidents or incidents.
Records: No criminal records and no security restrictions.
