Captain Profile Requirements
Volotea is seeking experienced Captains to join its esteemed flight operations team. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- A valid EASA FCL ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) and an unrestricted Class 1 Medical certificate.
- A minimum of 3,000 factorized flight hours, including at least 500 flight hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) on the Airbus A320.
- A current A320 type rating endorsed on the pilot's license.
- An unblemished record with no history of accidents or significant incidents.
- Proficiency in English, with a minimum ICAO Level 4 language proficiency.
- A valid EU Passport.
- Exceptional teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated critical thinking abilities for problem recognition and resolution.
- Strong motivation and commitment to meeting the operational challenges of Volotea.
- Proven leadership capabilities and sound technical decision-making skills.
Opportunities for Officer in Command (OCC) roles are anticipated to commence from January 2026.
