Vista America is seeking qualified First Officers to join their team, operating on Challenger 300/350 aircraft from home-based locations across the United States. This permanent, full-time position offers a 15/13 roster and a competitive guaranteed first-year base salary.
About the Role
The First Officer will serve as a key member of Vista America’s business aviation operations. Responsibilities include supporting safe flight operations and delivering exceptional passenger service under the guidance of the Flight Operations Manager. This role is ideal for experienced pilots seeking a stable, home-based career with a structured schedule.
Requirements

FAA commercial pilot certificate and a completed ATP written examination.

A minimum of 1,500 hours of fixed-wing flight time, including 750 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) and 250 hours of multi-engine time.

A current FAA first-class medical certificate.

An unblemished record with no accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions within the last five years.

Compliance with applicable ICAO Annex 1, section 2.1.10 requirements for international multi-pilot operations.

Authorization to work in the United States.

The ability to travel to all destinations served by the operator.

Recent flight experience: 150 flight hours within the preceding 365 days and 30 flight hours within the preceding 90 days.

A maximum of two checkride failures.
Preferred Qualifications
