Compensation and Benefits

• Year 1 Guaranteed Base Pay for Challenger 300: $93,100
• Additional compensation includes extra day pay, total flight hour incentives, and paid training days.
• Retention bonuses are offered after 3, 6, and 9 years of service.
• Per diem rates: $75 (domestic) / $120 (international) per day.
• Choice of vacation time (in addition to a 15/13 schedule) or a $10,000 in-lieu of vacation bonus.

Minimum Requirements - Challenger 300

• ATP written examination completed.
• Type rating in the aircraft is preferred but not required.
• 1,500 hours of fixed-wing flight time.
• 750 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC).
• 100 hours of multi-engine jet experience is preferred.

Pilot Requirements

• Current First Class Medical Certificate.
• No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions within the last 5 years.
• Meets ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 requirements for aircraft engaged in international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Authorization to travel to and from all cities and countries served without restrictions.
• 150 hours of flight time in the previous 365 days and 30 hours in the previous 90 days.
