This unique Perth-based role offers a lifestyle where Cabin Crew members are typically home on the same day after most shifts, with occasional overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities:

The Cabin Crew member plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests onboard. Responsibilities include:

Greeting guests upon boarding and disembarking the aircraft.
Delivering clear and comprehensive safety briefings and ensuring guest adherence to safety procedures.
Providing exceptional service to all guests throughout the flight.
Assisting guests with special needs and ensuring a positive travel experience for unaccompanied minors.
Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated cabin team.
Interacting professionally with new people daily.
Demonstrating composure, confidence, and problem-solving skills when handling unexpected situations, including weather delays or emergencies, to reassure guests they are in capable hands.

The successful candidate will be a personable, safety-conscious individual with a strong commitment to hospitality. They will possess a calm and collected demeanor, be proactive in assisting others, and embody a positive, helpful attitude where no task is considered too challenging. Key attributes include approachability, clear communication, and a down-to-earth nature.

Essential Requirements:

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Minimum age of 18 years at the time of application.
Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
A minimum of three years of previous employment experience (part-time or full-time) in roles focused on caring for people or customers.
Hold a valid passport with a minimum of 18 months validity remaining.
Possess a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
Hold a current Australian First Aid and CPR certificate.
Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, public holidays, and peak travel periods.
Comfortable being around cats and dogs, as they may travel on board occasionally.
Able to reach a height of 180cm.
