Schedule options include 8/6 and 15/13 rotations, with travel days included. The company offers a pay scale with known annual raises, company credit cards for expenses, and per diem of $65 for domestic and $95 for international travel.

Preference may be given to candidates with experience flying other Challenger variants and those with a strong Part 135 background.
