Ventura offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including a base salary of $180,000 commensurate with experience. Crew members can reside anywhere within a two-hour radius of an airport in the lower 48 states. Multiple schedule options are available, including 8/6 and 15/13, with travel days included in the rotation. A pay scale ensures pilots receive known raises for each year of service. Company credit cards are provided for hotels, rental cars, and other travel expenses, along with a per diem of $65 for domestic and $95 for international meal expenses.
Quick upgrade and advancement opportunities are available. Ventura encourages internal growth and offers opportunities to become company instructors, standards/IOE captains, or check airmen, with commensurate pay increases for added responsibilities. Exceptional overtime and holiday/birthday/anniversary pay are offered. Ventura understands the importance of work-life balance and compensates pilots for working extra days or during holidays.
The ideal candidate possesses a solid record of safety, stability, and experience in both domestic and international operations. All pilots must be career-driven, dependable, and exhibit superior customer service with excellent communication skills. A strong employment background and work ethic are essential. Preference may be given to candidates with experience flying other Challenger variants and those with a strong Part 135 background. Ventura seeks long-term pilots who desire to upgrade and grow with the company.
Requirements:
- ATP certification
- First Class Medical Certificate
- CL-604/605/650 Type Rating
- 3,000 hours total flight time
- 1,500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time
- 250 hours in type
- Ability to travel internationally without restriction
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
- Must reside in the continental US
- Initial/recurrent training in type within previous 36 months (preferred)
- 500 hours in type (preferred)
- International experience (preferred)
