Position Summary: Gulfstream G200 Pilot

Dominion Aviation, a division of Vantage Aviation, is actively recruiting an experienced and safety-conscious Gulfstream G200 Pilot to join its esteemed flight operations team. The ideal candidate will possess robust technical proficiency, demonstrate sound judgment, and maintain an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service to the clientele. This pivotal role demands flexibility, utmost professionalism, and strict adherence to all applicable FAA Part 91 and Part 135 regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate the Gulfstream G200 in strict compliance with all FAA regulations, company operating procedures, and established safety standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive pre-flight planning, including meticulous analysis of weather conditions, fuel requirements, routing, weight and balance calculations, and performance data.
  • Ensure that all necessary flight documentation, aircraft inspections, and pilot certifications are current and valid before commencing each flight.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow flight crew members to ensure seamless coordination and clear communication throughout all phases of flight operations.
  • Provide an outstanding client experience characterized by discretion, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Actively participate in recurrent training programs and diligently maintain all required FAA certifications and ratings.
  • Provide essential support to flight operations, scheduling, and other duties as assigned by the Chief Pilot or Director of Operations.

Qualifications

  • Certifications: FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with appropriate Gulfstream G200 type rating is preferred.
  • Medical: Current and valid First-Class FAA Medical Certificate.
  • Flight Time Requirements:
    • Total Flight Time: 3,000 hours
    • Multi-Engine Time: 1,500 hours
    • Turbojet Time: 1,000 hours
    • Time in Type (G200 or similar midsize jet): 500 hours preferred
  • Experience: Previous Part 135 experience is strongly preferred.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of FAA regulations, aviation safety standards, and operational best practices.
  • Skills: Exhibit excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Availability: Must be willing and able to travel frequently, work flexible hours, and consistently represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Location: This is not a home-based position. Candidates must reside within a one-hour commute of KFCI or be willing to relocate.
