Job Description:
The First Officer plays a critical role in the safe, on-time, and efficient operation of the company's aircraft during Part 121 revenue flying. This position requires the ability to maintain all necessary FAA licenses, ratings, and certifications, operating as a key member of the flight crew.
Required Qualifications:
Successful candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- Hold a current unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with an Airplane category multi-engine class rating and English proficiency endorsement.
- Possess a current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
- Hold an FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Must possess a valid passport and the necessary documentation enabling entry into the United States following international flights.
- Have accumulated a minimum of 1500 hours of total fixed-wing pilot time.
- Possess a minimum of 1000 hours of Pilot in Command (PIC) time in fixed-wing jet and/or fixed-wing multi-engine turboprop aircraft, as defined by 14 CFR 1.1. Military candidates may calculate total flight time by adding a 0.3 factor per sortie to their flight time.
- Pilot in Command, per 14 CFR 1.1, is defined as the person who:
- Holds final authority and responsibility for the operation and safety of the flight.
- Has been designated as the pilot in command before or during the flight.
- Holds the appropriate category, class, and type rating, if applicable, for the conduct of the flight.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university is preferred.
- Recent and relevant experience will be strongly considered, with preference given to candidates demonstrating flight experience in transport category aircraft within the 12 months preceding the application date.

- The ability to cooperate effectively with others, including those with differing perspectives.
- Clear oral communication within a cockpit environment to convey procedures, engage in conversation, and manage radio transmissions.

- Adaptability to diversified flight schedules, situations, and scenarios.
Additional Notes:
As a safety-sensitive position, all applicants must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen in accordance with 14 CFR Part 120.107. A negative test result is mandatory before placement in this role. Testing will be conducted per 14 CFR Part 120.109(a)(5) and 14 CFR 120 Subpart E for prohibited substances including marijuana, cocaine, opiates, opioids, phencyclidine (PCP), and amphetamines/methamphetamines.
