The Manager of Emergency Response & Business Continuity Planning is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing, supporting, and managing change for enterprise-wide Emergency Response (ER) and Business Continuity (BC) programs. This role involves enhancing organizational readiness, providing essential tools and resources, and ensuring consistent application of policies, processes, and best practices across all divisions. The Manager fosters critical relationships both internally within the airline and externally with key government agencies.

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range for this role is competitive, ranging from $99,750.00 to $129,924.00 annually, dependent on job-related factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
