The Manager of Emergency Response and Business Continuity Planning is a key leadership role responsible for providing comprehensive program oversight, support, and change management for the enterprise-wide Emergency Response and Business Continuity programs. This position critically analyzes existing plans to enhance readiness, supplies essential tools and resources, and supports the Emergency Response/Business Continuity team in planning and executing programs through consistent application of policies, processes, and best practices. The Manager establishes and nurtures vital relationships across all divisions within United Airlines and with key government agencies.

The base pay range for this role is $99,750.00 to $129,924.00 annually. The listed base salary range is dependent on job-related factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
