United Airlines is seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join the Flight Operations team and contribute to pilot workforce planning. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating, maintaining, and communicating the pilot staffing plan for United Airlines. This individual will participate in the annual budget planning process for Flight Operations, reforecast the plan monthly, and ensure that each month's schedule build aligns with the overall plan.
Beyond the numerical aspects of the plan, the Analyst will be responsible for effectively communicating the plan's narrative to a broad audience, including Crew Resources, Flight Operations teams, Finance and Network Planning business partners, and senior leadership.
The base pay range for this role is $64,885.00 to $88,440.00. The base salary range is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
