Position Summary

The First Officer is primarily responsible for the safe and efficient ground and in-flight operations of the aircraft. This role requires an individual dedicated to exceeding customer expectations while maintaining clear and effective communication with leadership, team members, and dispatch.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain administrative accountability to the Chief Pilot.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft during all ground and flight phases.
  • Anticipate and exceed customer needs through superior service.
  • Ensure full compliance with FAA regulations, the company GOM, Operational Specifications, and all departmental operating procedures.
  • Coordinate effectively with assigned crew, dispatch, maintenance, and administrative personnel.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management or senior leadership.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid Pilot Certificate and FCC Permit.
  • Minimum of 2,500 hours of total flight time, including at least 500 hours of multi-engine time.
  • Prior experience with overwater, long-haul, and international missions.
  • Current, valid US Passport (not expired) and eligibility for unrestricted international travel.
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required due to international travel mandates.
  • Current type rating in the applied aircraft is highly desired but not required.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering prestigious service to high-profile clients with a focus on discretion and confidentiality.
  • Residency within two hours of SNA, VNY, BUR, LAX, ONT, LGB, SAN, OAK, SFO, SJC, PDX, SEA, PHX, ABQ, LAS, RNO, DEN, DAL, DFW, AUS, DSM, IAH, HOU, PBI, FLL, MIA, TPA, MCO, ORD, PWK, ATL, GSO, CLT, TEB, LGA, EWR, JFK, or BOS (LAS residency is highly preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company environment.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

  • Must obtain and maintain an FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
  • Ability to remain in a seated position within a small, confined space for extended periods.
  • Requirement to work irregular hours, including potential notification of flight changes or cancellations on short notice.
  • Frequent travel, which may require being away from home for several days or weeks at a time.
  • Regular interaction with customers and flight crew members within a small aircraft environment.
