International Captain - The Coca-Cola Company
The Coca-Cola Company, an iconic brand and pioneer in business aviation, seeks a highly skilled and experienced International Captain to join its Aviation Team. This team of 28 professionals provides premium aviation services to the company’s executive team, supporting business operations across six continents. Position Overview:
Reporting to the Chief Pilot, the International Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft, adhering to all company, manufacturer, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring strict compliance with all standards established by the company, aircraft manufacturers, and regulatory authorities.
- Actively participating in the department's Safety Management System.
- Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrated effective leadership skills and abilities.
- Strong business acumen, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex operational and technical challenges.
- Engagement with industry advancements in aircraft operation and technology.
- Completion of advanced operational training on aircraft.
- Proficiency in technology and business applications.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with airplane multiengine class rating.
- Current FAA first-class medical certificate.
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit (RR).
- Current passport or other travel documents enabling unrestricted exit and re-entry into the U.S. and legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
- ICAO English Proficient.
- Ability to travel freely and without restriction to all countries served by The Coca-Cola Company.
- Documented International Pilot in Command operational experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate of a four-year degree program from an accredited college or university.
- Eight years of international operational aviation experience (civil, military, or government) operating large cabin business jets.
- Minimum of 3,000 hours of total documented flight time.
- Gulfstream GVII type rating.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $250,272 – $298,945
Base pay may vary based on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 30%
