Job Overview
The Captain is entrusted with the ultimate responsibility for the safe, efficient, and seamless execution of all company aircraft flights. This critical role ensures the provision of secure and reliable air transportation for company executives and their guests. The Captain will meticulously plan flights, conduct thorough pre-flight checks, and collaborate effectively with crew members to uphold the highest standards of aviation safety and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive flight plans by thoroughly reviewing routes, weather conditions, flight restrictions, NOTAMs, and schedules for departures and arrivals.
- Verify the operational readiness and airworthiness of all aircraft systems and onboard safety and navigation equipment, ensuring they are approved by qualified technicians.
- Conduct and brief cabin crew on pre-flight checks and procedures.
- Serve as Pilot in Command (PIC) on company aircraft, working collaboratively with fellow crew members to deliver safe and dependable air transportation.
- Maintain detailed records of all technical issues and complete required flight documentation as stipulated by the Director of Aviation.
- Undertake non-flight duties to support the broader aviation department, including assisting with safety officer responsibilities and updating the Flight Operations Manual (FOM) to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Perform all other duties as assigned to support departmental objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- A minimum of 12 years of experience as a licensed commercial pilot.
- At least 5 years of experience holding an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate.
- Possession of an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate.
- Valid First Class Medical certificate.
- A minimum of 3,000 total flight hours.
- A minimum of 2,000 flight hours as Pilot in Command.
- A strong command of international aviation rules and regulations.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in in-flight safety protocols.
- The ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- A polite and personable demeanor.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Readiness to respond effectively to emergency situations.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- The capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- GV Type Rating.
- GVII Type Rating.
- A minimum of 500 flight hours in large-cabin aircraft.
