About the Role

Executive Jet Management (EJM), a subsidiary of NetJets and a Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking qualified Cabin Attendant candidates for a Praetor 600 aircraft based in Wilmington, DE (KILG). This position is responsible for the welfare of passengers in all aspects of cabin safety and service, ensuring the highest level of customer service for owners and charter passengers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate preflight activities, including ensuring the proper maintenance status of emergency equipment, cabin cleanliness, aircraft stocking, and catering orders.
  • Comply with all Federal Air Regulations (FARs) and ensure passenger compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain proficiency and currency as a Part 91 or Part 91/135 qualified crewmember.
  • Conduct emergency and service briefings prior to each leg and ensure the cabin is secure prior to taxi.
  • Adhere to the General Operations Manual, company policies, and procedures, including the Travel & Entertainment Policy for Crewmembers.
  • Provide a first-class environment by preparing meals, attending to passenger needs, and maintaining an orderly cabin.
  • Ensure company goals for safety, security, and quality are met by continual compliance with the Safety Management System (SMS) program and reporting any relevant observations or non-compliance.
  • Greet all passengers and confirm passenger manifest accuracy.

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Completed Cabin Attendant training with Aircare FACTS or Flight Safety International within the past year.
  • Current certification for CPR/AED.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work irregular and long hours according to flight schedules.
  • Must meet and successfully complete the EJM Cabin Attendant Training Program.
  • Proficient with all aircraft emergency equipment and knowledge of emergency procedures.
  • Knowledgeable with safe food handling procedures.
  • Proper cleaning and laundering of all cabin linens and serving ware.
  • Ability to operate all entertainment systems and equipment on board the aircraft and perform basic troubleshooting.
  • Responsible for the purchase and stocking of cabin supplies and catering.
  • Must reside no further than a two-hour drive from ILG (this is not a commutable position).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fine dining & culinary meal planning experience.
  • Local candidates with Corporate Cabin Attendant experience.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $150,000 (Cabin Size: SuperMid/Premium)
