Executive Jet Management (EJM), a subsidiary of NetJets and a Berkshire Hathaway company, is a leader in aircraft management and worldwide jet charter services. We are seeking qualified candidates for a Pilot in Command position on a Gulfstream G550 aircraft, based at St. Paul Downtown Airport (STP).
This role involves operating a G550 aircraft, primarily under Part 91 regulations, with a mix of domestic and occasional international travel. The position requires the Pilot in Command to reside within a one-hour commute of STP airport.
The Pilot in Command is ultimately responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the aircraft, adhering to all company and regulatory requirements while delivering an exceptional service experience to passengers.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the safe operation of all flights, including compliance with crewing and trip assignments.

Complete flight planning, performance calculations, and weight and balance tasks.

Utilize Threat, Plans, and Considerations (TPC) methodology for mission briefings and risk mitigation.

Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coordinate effectively with company personnel.

Act as Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator as per company policy.

Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections, verifying aircraft maintenance status and recording any discrepancies.

Oversee aircraft ground servicing, including fueling, oil, and oxygen, in accordance with SOPs.

Perform passenger briefings according to company policy and regulations.

Deliver superior customer service, addressing passenger needs, including those of physically challenged individuals.

Employ Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) for clear and timely communication during all flight operations.

Provide high-quality service to aircraft owners and passengers, identifying opportunities for service enhancement.

Collaborate with crew members and internal partners to ensure a consistent service experience.

Resolve conflicts and challenges professionally.

Maintain required regulatory and company training and recency of experience.

Comply with the company's Safety Management System (SMS) program and report safety or compliance concerns.
Minimum Qualifications:

FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate

First Class Medical Certificate

4-6 years of relevant experience

FAA Type Rating in the applicable fleet

Total Flight Time: 3500 hours

Multi-Engine Land (MEL) Time: 1500 hours

Pilot in Command (PIC) Time: 2000 hours

PIC MEL Time: 500 hours

Instrument Flight Time: 300 hours

Jet Flight Time: 500 hours
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in corporate/business aviation
