Job Title: Pilot in Command (PIC) – Gulfstream V (GV)

Role Overview
The Pilot in Command is responsible for the safe operation of the Gulfstream V (GV) aircraft. The successful candidate will ensure the safety of all passengers, crew, and the aircraft while maintaining compliance with Wing Aviation policies and Federal Aviation Regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct pre-flight inspections in accordance with the approved aircraft flight manual.

Review aircraft maintenance status and ensure airworthiness.

Perform thorough checks of weather conditions and facilities along planned routes and alternate airports.

Maintain operational compliance with 14 CFR 91 and 14 CFR 135 operations.

Ensure all trip paperwork is completed accurately and in accordance with established procedures.

Uphold the highest standards of safety, transparency, and customer service.
Candidate Qualifications
Certifications and Licenses

FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.

Valid First-Class Medical Certificate.

Gulfstream V (GV) PIC Type Rating.
Experience Requirements

Total Flight Time: 3,500 hours (PIC).

Multi-Engine Land: 1,500 hours (PIC).
-
Multi-Engine: 500 hours (PIC).
-
Instrument: 300 hours (PIC).
-
Turbine Engine: 500 hours (PIC).
-
Time in Type (GV): 200 hours (PIC).

Documented transatlantic flight experience.
Skills and Abilities

Ability to operate within an evolving regulatory environment.

Must reside within a two-hour call-out radius of the Houston base. Local candidates with current ratings are preferred.
