The role of First Officer at TUI fly Netherlands offers significant responsibility and the opportunity to contribute to unforgettable travel experiences. Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the safe and efficient operation of the Boeing 787 aircraft.
- Collaborate with the Captain to ensure the highest standards of customer service and safety.
- Participate in the training and development of junior pilots.
About You
Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Unrestricted and valid EASA (frozen) ATPL license, approved for LVO operations CAT III.
- Valid B787 type rating. If a B787 type rating is not held, a valid Jet type rating with a completed line check is required.
- Valid Medical class 1 certificate.
- Valid EU passport.
- Fluency in English (ELP 5 minimum). Proficiency in additional languages is considered a plus.
- Ability to operate out of the main base at Schiphol Airport.

Our Selection Process
The selection process for the First Officer position consists of the following steps:
- CV Screening: Initial review of submitted applications.
- Online Technical Questionnaire: Completion of an online assessment focusing on aviation knowledge and skills.
- Selection Day 1: HR interview and simulator assessment at CAE Schiphol.
- Selection Day 2: Psychological assessment and alcohol and drug test.
Selection Days 1 and 2 are scheduled within the same week.
