Candidate Requirements

Unrestricted and valid EASA (frozen) ATPL license.

Eligibility for Zero Flight Time Training (ZFTT) on the B737 per FCL.730.A, with a minimum of 500 hours flight time or 100 route sectors on multi-pilot turbo-jet (CS-25) or multi-pilot turbo-prop aircraft (minimum 10 tonnes or 19+ passenger seats).

MCC & AUPRT certificate.

Valid ME/IR.

Valid EASA Medical Class 1.

Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4.

Valid EU, Swiss, or EEA passport allowing unrestricted worldwide travel, valid for at least 6 months from the training start date.

Legal right to live and work in Belgium without restrictions.

Ability to pass aviation security background checks and meet all EU regulatory requirements for flight crew clearance.

Ability to report to Brussels Airport within 120 minutes while on standby duty.

Flexibility to work varying rosters with no fixed pattern; please note that commuting contracts are not available.

Permanent 80% employment contract.

Per diem per flight day, with additional allowances for duty periods exceeding 24 hours away from base.

Communication package: €50/month mobile reimbursement and a phone allowance of up to €450 every three years.
