First Officer - Caravan C-208

Job Description:
The First Officer will report to the Chief Pilot or Director of Operations, operating the Caravan C-208 aircraft. Base locations include: DUJ, BFD, BRL, MGW, MKG, LNS, HOT, HRO, ELD, UIN, MKL, HNL, OGG, and KOA.
The airline's route structure prioritizes a work-life balance, enabling most pilots to return home every day during their workweek while offering schedule flexibility.
Requirements:
- Current FAA Commercial Pilot License with Instrument Rating
- Single and Multi-engine Land Rating
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a pilot
- Minimum 250 hours total time, including:
- 100 hours Cross Country
- 25 hours Night Time
- 50 hours Turbine OR 75 hours Instrument Time
- Current FAA Second Class Medical Certificate (must be current prior to training)
- Radio Operators Certificate
- Valid US Passport (required for CASS)
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Availability and flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Authorized to work in the U.S. per the Immigration Act of 1986
- Must pass a 10-year background check and pre-employment drug screen per airline and/or company regulations
Additional Stipulations:
- Guaranteed 65 Block Hours per month starting on the first day of training class.
- Pay Structure:
- $12 per block hour during training and $15 per block hour upon release to the line for pilots with under 600 hours
- $18 per block hour for pilots with 600-900 hours
- $21 per block hour for pilots with over 900 hours
- Hotel accommodations provided during training (approximately 25 days).
- $20,100 Training Contract required.
- Paid training.
- Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance available with the company covering a majority of the costs.
- $50,000 Life Insurance Policy fully paid for by the company.
- $35 flat rate per diem when on an overnight assignment away from the assigned base.
