As a Pilot, you will assist in flight preparation and operation of the Company aircraft to transport associates to necessary locations. You will also assist in ensuring the safety, comfort, and convenience of the passengers, as well as ensure all flight and ground operations comply with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations.

Transport associates on the Company aircraft upon request. Assist in performing pre-flight inspection of the aircraft to ensure safety of flight. Obtain weather data and work with the Chief Pilot to interpret data based on the flight plan. Assist the Chief Pilot in making decisions regarding the safety of flights due to weather conditions and mechanical discrepancies and cancels/postpones flights as needed. Assist with flight planning and preparation and ensure the flight plan is filed. Assist with performing thorough and timely maintenance of the aircraft and hangar. When there are no scheduled flights, perform cleaning and maintenance activities to include washing and waxing the plane, cleaning the office, picking up or shipping parts, painting or repairing the hangar, and other activities as needed. Attend training as required. Regularly interacting with the Company's top management on every flight. Also interact with Executive Assistants to coordinate travel requirements as needed. Contact parts vendors for ordering, price checks, etc. as needed; contact maintenance shops to communicate the work scope at least once a year; and may be responsible for reviewing invoices for accuracy.

For this role, you will need to have a High School Diploma or GED; 3,000 hours of flight time experience and 1,000 hours of jet experience; and previous hands-on, practical maintenance experience. FAA Commercial Pilot License with instrument rating and multi engine land privileges is required. CFI (Certified Flight Instructor) Certification and A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) Certification would be preferred. 4,000 hours of flight experience and 250 CL-30 typed hours is also preferred. Must be willing to relocate within a 45 minute commute to West Columbia, SC. Relocation assistance provided.
