Challenger CL300 First Officer Position - Executive Jet Management

Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company, seeks a highly qualified and experienced First Officer to join its team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will operate a Challenger CL300 aircraft based at PHL airport, supporting a dedicated Maintenance Technician. This position encompasses both Part 91 and Part 135 operations, providing a diverse and rewarding flight experience.

The account owner, a long-standing client of Executive Jet Management, prioritizes a mix of owner-operated flights and retail charters, primarily within the United States.

Essential Qualifications:

• Prior Experience: Proven experience in corporate/business aviation is a fundamental requirement.
• Type Rating: A current FAA Type rating in the Challenger CL300 is strongly preferred.
• International Expertise: Candidates with significant international flight experience are highly encouraged to apply.
• Essential Functions: The ability to successfully perform all essential functions of the First Officer position is non-negotiable.

Minimum Time Requirements:

• Total Flight Time: 3,500 hours
• Multi-Engine Land (MEL): 1,500 hours
• Pilot in Command (PIC): 2,000 hours
• PIC MEL: 500 hours
• Instrument: 300 hours
• Jet Experience: 500 hours
