About the Position
The Flight Attendant will ensure the highest level of service, safety, and comfort for all passengers during flights. Key duties include directing passengers in emergencies, administering first aid, securing the cabin, conducting pre-flight briefings, and ensuring all necessary supplies are onboard and sufficient. The role also involves meticulous cabin preparation, inspection, and stocking after each flight leg, as well as managing audio/video systems and other cabin features. The position requires extensive attention to detail in completing pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight documentation.
Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant.

Federal Aviation Regulations knowledge.

First Aid Training Certification.

Technologically savvy.

Flexibility and patience.

Culinary skills and specific culinary training.

Ability to manage a constantly changing schedule and late night flights.

Availability to fly on short notice (2-3 hour response when on standby).

Unrestricted ability to travel worldwide (considering health and visa status).

Ability to deploy for up to 16 consecutive days.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

High level of attention to detail.

Physically capable of standing for extended periods (up to 14 hours with limited sitting), walking, and working in various climates.

Ability to kneel in luggage compartments, maneuver in tight aircraft confinements, and push/pull heavy cabin doors (up to 130 pounds).

Ability to lift supplies weighing approximately 25 to 30 pounds repeatedly.

Vision correctable to 20/20; uncorrected vision no worse than 20/20.

Ability to speak clearly and communicate effectively in noisy environments.
Qualifications

Flight attendant-specific training from FlightSafety, FACTs, or similar is preferred.

Annual recurrent training is required.

Candidates without formal flight attendant training may be considered if they possess other strong qualifications and must attend initial flight attendant training prior to flight assignment.

Preference will be given to candidates who have completed FlightSafety, FACTs, or similar training within the past 12 months.

College degree is preferred.

Fluency in one or more foreign languages is preferred.

Experience with small children is preferred.
