Solairus Aviation seeks a Full-Time Flight Attendant for their operation based at Teterboro, NJ (KTEB), operating a Global 7500 aircraft. This role is pivotal in ensuring passenger safety and comfort through superior service, requiring flexibility and culinary expertise.
About the Role
The Flight Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional personal services to ensure the safety and comfort of aircraft passengers during flight. Key duties include greeting passengers, explaining safety equipment, serving food and beverages, administering first aid, and maintaining cabin readiness. This position demands a high level of service, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage dynamic flight schedules.
Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during flights.

Direct and assist passengers in emergency situations.

Administer basic first aid, including CPR, AED, and first aid to passengers in distress.

Secure the cabin before take-off and landing in compliance with federal regulations.

Conduct pre-flight briefings and ensure adequate supplies for the trip.

Shop for passenger-requested items.

Inspect, clean, and stock the cabin, galley, and lavatories after each flight leg.

Conduct periodic cabin checks for passenger comfort and cleanliness.

Complete pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight paperwork.

Operate audio, video, and cabin management systems.
Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant.

Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations.

First Aid Training Certification.

Flight attendant-specific training from FlightSafety, FACTs, or similar is preferred. Candidates may be considered without formal training if they attend initial training before assignment.

Technologically savvy, proficient with computers, smartphones, and iPads.

Flexibility, patience, and the ability to manage a constantly changing schedule and late-night flights.

Available to fly on short notice (2-3 hour response time if on standby).

Unrestricted ability to travel worldwide.

Ability to deploy for up to 16 consecutive days.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

High level of attention to detail.

Culinary skills and culinary-specific training are required.

College degree is preferred.

Fluency in one or more foreign languages is preferred.

Physical Requirements
