Position Summary
Jet Aviation seeks a highly qualified Lead Captain to ensure the safe, efficient, and professional operation of flight assignments. This role requires strong leadership, mentorship, and the embodiment of Jet Aviation's core values. The Lead Captain will serve as Pilot in Command (PIC), upholding the highest standards of safety, security, and quality while fostering a culture of excellence and representing the brand.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all assigned flights.

Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections.

File flight plans and analyze weather and route conditions for informed decision-making.

Mentor and guide crew members to foster professional growth.

Conduct performance reviews and coordinate schedules and training.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of aircraft systems and manage flight plans.

Adapt to changing conditions to guarantee a seamless travel experience.

Promote a strong safety culture and adhere to best practices.

Conduct passenger briefings and address aircraft discrepancies in collaboration with maintenance teams.

Manage trip documentation and maintain aircraft manuals.

Assist in crew hiring processes.

Represent Jet Aviation with professionalism in all internal and external interactions.

Serve as the face of Jet Aviation, demonstrating dedication to delivering exceptional service.
Required Qualifications
-
Airline Transport Pilot Certificate.
-
FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
-
Five years of aviation experience.
-
3,500 hours total fixed-wing time.
-
1,500 hours as Pilot in Command.
-
1,500 hours Multi-Engine time.
-
500 hours Turbo-Jet time.
-
500 hours Turbine time.
-
100 hours Night time.
-
75 hours Simulated Instrument time.

Ability to work a variable schedule.
-
Willingness to travel extensively worldwide without restrictions.

High school diploma.
-
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range:
$350,000 - $385,000 (This range is not a guaranteed offer and will be determined based on candidate experience, location, and other relevant factors.)
