Solairus Aviation is seeking a full-time Captain to operate Bombardier Global 5000 and Global 7500 aircraft. This position, based at Hillsboro Airport (KHIO) in Oregon, requires a dedicated professional committed to excellence, safety, service, and integrity to support client travel needs.

About the Role

The Captain will be responsible for the safe and prudent operation of the Global 5000 and Global 7500. Key duties include reviewing aircraft maintenance status, conducting thorough pre-flight inspections, verifying weather and facility information for the route and alternates, ensuring compliance with Solairus Aviation policies and Federal Aviation Regulations, guaranteeing the safety of passengers, crew, and aircraft, and accurately completing all required trip paperwork.

Requirements

• 3,000 hours total flight time.
• 1,500 hours Pilot-In-Command (PIC).
• 1,500 hours multi-engine land (MEL).
• 500 hours MEL PIC.
• 500 hours in turbojet aircraft.
• 250 hours instrument flight time.
• Type rating on the Global 5000 and/or Global 7500, or a comparable aircraft.
• Valid First Class Medical Certificate.
• Ability to work on an on-call basis.
• Willingness to complete annual ICAO International procedures training.
• Primary residence must be within a 4-hour drive of KHIO, or the candidate must be willing to relocate.
