Overview
Solairus Aviation is seeking a dedicated and professional Gulfstream G280 Captain to join its flight operations team based at Hayward Executive Airport (KHWD). Essential Responsibilities

Maintain responsibility for the safe operation of the Gulfstream G280 aircraft.

Conduct flights safely and prudently, in strict accordance with Solairus Aviation policies and Federal Aviation Regulations.

Review aircraft maintenance status prior to operations.

Perform thorough pre-flight inspections in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.

Evaluate weather conditions, route facilities, and destination/alternate airports.

Ensure the safety and security of all passengers, crew, and the aircraft.

Complete all required trip paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications

Total Flight Time: 3,000 hours

Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: 1,500 hours

Multi-Engine Land (MEL) Time: 1,500 hours

MEL PIC Time: 500 hours

Turbo Jet Time: 500 hours

Instrument Time: 250 hours
Specific Requirements & Certifications

Possession of a current First Class Medical Certificate.

Type rating on the Gulfstream G280 or comparable aircraft.

Availability to work on an on-call basis.

Ability to complete ICAO International procedures training on an annual basis.

Primary residence within a two-hour drive of KHWD, or willingness to relocate.
Compensation
Solairus Aviation offers competitive compensation, with roles in this category ranging from $50,000 to $500,000. Final salary is determined based on geographic area, experience, equipment type, job duties, training, and the specific assigned account.
